About the Position: Inordo is seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager to amplify our brand’s presence across various social platforms. As an integral member of our remote team, you’ll be at the forefront of our digital marketing initiatives, driving engagement, and fostering community growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and online reputation.
• Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
• Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed for optimal engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and sales, to ensure cohesive branding and promotion.
• Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and emerging trends.
• Facilitate productive community interactions and address potential issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Organize and oversee social media advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Familiarity with web design, web development, and website analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
