About Inordo: Inordo is a burgeoning UI/UX and Digital Product Design agency with a passion for innovation and creativity. About the Position: Inordo is on the hunt for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio of projects. As an essential member of our remote team, you’ll ensure that all projects are executed to the highest standard, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Define project scopes, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to deliver the project on time.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and third parties/vendors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
